Pilatus PC-12NG – 1542

Pilatus PC-12NG – 1542 Deal Summary

Pilatus PC-12NG N542NG – Buyer Representation

Aviator Aircraft Sales, led by Peter Dalton, was appointed to represent AS Aviation of Denmark in the acquisition of a suitable Pilatus PC-12NG from the international marketplace.

The acquisition began with a detailed review of the available PC-12NG market, assessing aircraft against the client’s operational requirements, preferred specification, condition and acquisition budget. Through our market network, we identified three suitable aircraft, two of which were available on an off-market basis. Access to these discreet opportunities proved particularly valuable, providing the buyer with a broader selection than was available through publicly advertised inventory.

Alongside the aircraft search, Aviator Aircraft Sales completed an operational cost analysis to support the buyer’s annual budgeting and provide greater clarity over the expected ownership and operating costs associated with the PC-12NG.

Once N542NG had been identified as the preferred aircraft, we negotiated the purchase price on behalf of the buyer and coordinated the progression of the Aircraft Purchase Agreement, working with the relevant legal and transaction parties to protect the buyer’s position throughout the acquisition.

We subsequently arranged the pre-purchase inspection, negotiated the inspection workscope and remained actively involved throughout the technical review and rectification process, coordinating between the buyer, seller and maintenance facility through to aircraft acceptance.

Following successful completion of the inspection, Aviator Aircraft Sales managed the closing and international delivery process. The aircraft was delivered from the United States to Denmark, requiring detailed coordination across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory authorities.

As part of this process, we worked directly with both the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Danish Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to coordinate the aircraft’s export, de-registration and subsequent registration requirements. This ensured the regulatory transition between the United States and Denmark was managed efficiently and aligned with the wider closing and delivery timetable.

The transaction concluded with the successful delivery of Pilatus PC-12NG N542NG to Denmark, completing a fully managed international acquisition from initial market search through negotiation, inspection, closing, export, regulatory coordination and delivery.

This transaction demonstrates Aviator Aircraft Sales’ ability to provide comprehensive buyer representation for Pilatus PC-12 acquisitions, combining detailed market knowledge, access to off-market aircraft, commercial negotiation, technical oversight and international transaction management.
